Economic Technical Proposal.
We deliver a detailed proposal on what we will do, how we will do it and the budget to do it. At this point we will review every detail until our business partner approves the proposal. Once approved, the Project Management process begins.

Initiation, Planning, execution and closure.
IM Automation is based on a rigorous PM system that has established a firm path in the development and execution of projects, we know that project management is the path to success.

Post Project.
We will begin a project evaluation process to obtain recommendations and opinions from our business partners that will make us increasingly stronger and better in our processes.
Internally we will have our evaluation of LESSONS LEARNED
